Quick recipe time!
This one is for those of you who want an impressive meal but don’t like to spend time preparing it.
First you’ll need to hit up our friend Brian from B. T. Leigh’s Sauces and Rubs. EVERYTHING he has is fantastic and can take your meal from simple to great with little effort. For this recipe you’ll need the Jalapeño Business sauce.

Marinade your chops in the sauce for a day or so in the fridge.
Then all it takes is a quick pan sear and you are ready for lamb with a little kick!
