Lamb - That’s What’s For Dinner

September has been busy, but then again what month isn’t busy on a farm?

The most exciting part is that we have butchered our first lambs! We found an amazing processor just an hour from us and we are very pleased with their work. We only took a couple lambs the first two times so we could see if we liked how things turned out with this particular processor.  

We have given out a few samples and have had some ourselves and love the way everything is turning out.  

The next step is to work on our shipping process. We have to make sure everything arrives still frozen and on time.
